Telescopes
Astronomy and physics will be nowhere without telescopes. This is because it is with the help of the magnifiers in the telescopes that you can see distant objects in a magnified and clear view. There are two lens used in a telescope that helps in seeing distant objects. Each lens has a function; the objective or primary lens collects light from the object you view to make it available in a focus point. This is where the eyepiece lens picks up light from the focus point to spread to the retina to see the object.
The telescope is considered to be efficient if it can effectively collect light from the object to be viewed, and magnify its image. You can determine the amount of light that will be collected by the diameter of the lens or mirror of the telescope. This is called the aperture where the better it is, the more light it can gather. It is basically the blending of the lenses those factors in efficient enlargement of the image.
